The exterior is made from a sturdy, dual layer, polycarbonate in-mold construction bonded to a shock-absorbing EPS liner to protect the head. This construction method allows for better ventilation without compromising strength and safety. 19 air vents promote heat management to keep the wearer cool while soft padding on the helmet’s interior add to its comfort. Safety Labs’ Pro 360° Fit Adjustment System provides three height adjustments and slimmer closures to achieve a perfect fit and lighter weight.
